They are doing about 2k+/mo. I just need to get out of them, as the money doesn't justify the risk of my other businesses. Please PM with offers.

Thanks

Can you clarify 2000 per month....is that, each one makes $2000 per month? Combined they make $2000 per month? Or they get 2000 orders per month combined? Can you give us a starting price?

I am interested in yasmin-medication, tramadol-international, and the first weight loss one.

Perhaps not directly related to what'sbeing offered in this threadhere, but what is a fair market value for income producing domains. I would think one month's income since the DEA scandal but prior to that, the typical business model would have been what?

If I sell it is for about 1-2 years income.

depending on the industry, most legitimate brick and mortarcompanies sell for 2-5 times EBIDTA. Since a domain isn't really anything tangible, you're really selling your customer list. More important would be your marketingplan. If anyone wants to pay 1-2 years earnings, I'm for sale right now!

I thought 2-3 years was the going rate, but I wouldn't consider selling for that until this market flattens out. I still experience 10% growth each month and it woudl be hard to esdtimate how much I would lose if I sell. Then too, how do you sell your business strategies? Iitwould be hard to convey them to the purchaser. I know what to do to get a sale, but to put that on paper or teach someone, doubt if I could.

In all reality, if you could get two to three years profit, you should sell immediately, regardless of the current happenings. I'll sell right now for one year, but I doubt anyone with the means would even go for that.

Six months is more realistic, but risky. Those SE rankings could dissapear and you're out of luck.

Unless you are trying to sell drugstore.com 2-3 years profit in this industry is a joke. With the speed in which search engines update what they want I'd expect 2-4 complete re-engineers ofsites within 3 years will be required. If All the revenue is PPC generated then you haven't really got anything to sell.

In a hyper competitive industry in such a fluctuating market is this sites, especially with the potential threat of possible legal action sites are worth about what they make in one month plus a royality for graphics design if the sites are pretty sexy and come with layered PSD's etc.

The whole dot com bubble and burst was about people attempting to place bricks and morter related values (and then some) on web properties. It just doesn't work, there is virtually no customer loyality on the internet and today, tomorrow or the next day everything you have can be worthless by a change of algo at google or another player that comes along.

But if you can find some idiot with more money thank brains who doesn't know sh*t, sure you can sell your sites off for 2-3 years.

So perhaps their are two values for internet sites. One for web marketers which would range from 1-12 months revenue depending on market factors and growth potential and a second for idiots with no web experience who are prepared to buy for dot com bubble prices.
