Did a search on google and the Only website that contained usdpj.govwas:
http://216.239.41.104/search?q=cache:sfqUlMitk6IJ:www.loc.go (http://216.239.41.104/search?q=cache:sfqUlMitk6IJ:www.loc.gov/loc/kluge/maguire-first.html+%22usdpj.gov%22&hl=en&ie=UTF-8) v/loc/kluge/maguire-first.html+%22usdpj.gov%22&hl=en& ;ie=UTF-8
With the full URL of:
http://www.ojp.<B style="COLOR: black; : #ffff66">usdpj.gov[/B]/bjs/crim off.crim
which is "cannot find server"

Gotta be an IP in the server logs. Although I must say, I have seen many orders come accross from state and local government agency emails. Since they all order monthly I would assume they are government employees ordering for personal consumption judging by their order patterns. In light of recent events, we will instinctively suspect anything out of the ordinary now. smileys/smiley3.gif However in reading the USAP motion, it provides some assurance that we are doing nothing illegal in advertising OPs with our web sites. We are advertising agencies, are we not?

hmmm
I would have expected Phentermine if it was an investigative order, but then I would have also expected a disguised email addy!
Phendimetrazine is listed as schedule 3

Tobe honest, I don't think that this is anything. But to putyourself at ease, you want to focus on is the obvious, the date of birth. Then you want to think about the medical questionarre. You should, if you have not already, contact your OP and ask them to follow up with the doctor and then the pharmacy.
I also saw someone post in another thread about an OP disclaimer. You can all place disclaimers on your site order forms about you the affiliate simply being a marketing entity.I will provide a dsiclaimer on the order form for IHC affiliates. I will post the html when the programmers are done with it.
