duplicate leads

The past two leads that I've received have duplicated. I'm showing 4 leads for only two people. Whattup w/that?? Anyone else having that problem??

I think that happens sometimes because,


People fill out a lead,


then they come back later to fill out more info on the long form...


But they cannot find the member login,


So they just start over with a fresh lead.... smileys/smiley5.gif

Debter can press :Back: button in browser, change text and then Enter again.


I've duplicated input every day, and then backoffice reject one.

Kaylowe - If you do spot pattern or something just doesn't look right, please send us an e-mail with leads id's.

I don't know what the deal is, Jay, but it just happened again. My last 3 leads have duplicated. Would you call that a pattern??

Yep, I would call that a pattern. We're on it. PM or e-mail the website where the leads are coming from.
