NGS seems to be the provider of soft viagra, which is markteted as Vidrin, MeltTabs, Soft Tabs, KwikTabs, yadda, yadda. They *seem* to have set up several super affiliates (Vidrin.com, pillstore, Impact, etc)to do the promotion while handling the backend.

Vidrin.com is owned by

This company does pay monthly, although the payouts are fairly low--a buck a pill and a five bucks on top of that.

Vidrin.biz is owned by

There was a company Vtabs.com that sold the stuff. They recruited affiliates and then didn't pay them. The site is parked now.

Thats pretty much as I figured it. What is confusing is why do they not brand a single product? Why call the same product 10 different things?

It is illegal to brand the product according to the pharmaceutical compounding laws.

So, if it's illegal to brand, those Vidrin guys who threatened
everybody with law suits are FOS.

You can have a domain that defines the product such as Kwiktabs.com or Softtabs.com. Vidrin.com is a little bit of a stretch but probably ok because he isn't calling the product Vidrin. He's not saying order 10 Vidrin today.

Completely illegal would be to say, "Order 10 Vidrin today". That is true branding. It is misleading to the customer. It makes it look like this is a manufactured product rather than what it really is....a compounded medication.

Although, I'll admit his site is very close to branding, as close as he could be. But, one could argue that my site, Kwiktabs.com is too except that my domain is descriptive of the product not a totally made up and unrelated word like Vidrin. I did it like that on purpose to avoid the accussation of branding.

As far as him threatening a lawsuit, I don't know the motivation there. I have always found it easier to simply make a request rather than a threat.

Jude thank you for an honest answer! I understand the situation a bit better now. No question Vidrin is skating close to the line.

I promote them, but the payouts suck. I just include them in my sites if customers are specifically looking for Vidrin they have somewhere to go where I can make a small commision.
