Orders are not shipped ...

I have a lot of orders from 2-3-4 days before which are approved by doctor, but not shipped. I see:


.PRIVATE.Pharmacy Filled unchecked by user msosa


And in some cases, when customer asks where is his medication. Customer service answers that "due to product depletion" ???


Is it because some pharmacies were caused by DEA actions, or what is this ????


I don;t like my customers to wait for "Overnight" delivery for more then 5 days - and as I see there are about 20 - 30% are these orders !smileys/smiley6.gif

"due to product depletion" means shortage of meds in the Pharmacy. Are they once again having a shortage ofPhentermine?

I have the same picture on about 4-6 my orders ... 1 of them has 4 FedEx numbers in it :)


So I guess it is still not working correctly ... hope will soon.

I got a wierd one (for me anyway)... two orders that were Doctor approved, and shipped out via FedEx. Completely bypassing the pharmacy.

OK, I got one today WTF it took them five days to remember they don't ship to AR CH where the hell is that? Would you think the person taking the PHONE ORDER would have nown that on the 24th. That customer is gone forever smileys/smiley19.gif
