these are very minor but thought maybe other people could suggest some other things....
suggestions...
have the FedEx number that the pharmacy adds to the order screen be an actual link to FedEx....
Make it so you can click on the week like in TSS and see all of the orders for that week with the click of a button (instead of having to type it all in the reports section)
It would be great if we could add custom comments to refill/confirmation emails or to the order screen. That would be great and a first for OP affiliate programs.

I think it's good that you guys have the customers shipping/patient info used when addressing the person instead of the billing info like in TSS. I just remember a lot of people were confused when they would post a message and it would say "johnny says" when "karen" was the patient.
Questions.....
so when the patient receives a refill email.... Does the refill email say, you are due for a refill, please return to xyzpharmacy.com to place another order? or does it direct them to a back end hosted by you guys to place the order? I do not want my customers being directed to a back end for orders and would like them to only be sent directly to my site on refill emails.
