This is a great four letter domain going below appraisal. It gets somewhere in the neighborhood of 1600-2500 TYPE-INS a Month. People misspell webmd.com quite often.Used it for domain landing page for months. Put a site on it two weeks ago to check response and received 5 sales without any work. Selling because I have recently purchased the domain name associated with my company and I no longer do domain traffic. All offers considered. Will sell immediately to the first $5000 bid. Never been submitted to any search engine. Marketed correctly it could be a winner.

Dont wantsnide remarks as I never give any. If you want it you want it.

rouletteyou,

Please don't take offense as I have always found your judgement to be sound and rational. I am curious though as to how this domain name, with no proven track record of revenue or SE rank, can be worth (appraised) at $5K?

Sell me brother!

Actually its potential market value is $5600 appraised 2 months ago when I began to think of selling it. Oh, and the type ins done per month were estimated at 4600 - I stopped measuring last month. My highest month was 3600. Against my better judgement , here is the address to the actual appraisal done in October http://www.afternic.com/appraisal.php?id=9187. I am actually wanting only half of the potential market value. Keep in mind this site does not have any search engine ties to it - at all. Put a couple of PR7 links on there and some pro optimization and you could become a flagship site. Like I said I now have my flagshipand my resources will go there instead or I would keep it.

Sorry Rob, drugs, and pill - its going to take at least 2000 more.

Do not tell me you guys cannotmarket this site - other than an actual drug name site there is no better than this.

RXRob, yes I am in a little bit of a fix and need a little cash. Christmas is the most wonder time of year for my family not our bank though!

FYI, appraisals mean f**k all in the real world, it is worth what somebody would pay for it and in this case it looks like maybe $600.

Thank you for your amazing evaluation Doc

"appraisals mean f**k all in the real world".

Real class.I am suprised a list spammer who buy sites for pennies on the dollar would have something bad to say! NOT!!

Look people unless one of youcan buyphentermine.com for $3000 I don't think there is a better deal out there for less than 3K. We are talking 36-50,000 visitors per year all targetted with no work involved.Bids over1500K will be considered.SeoDoc, I still kind of expect a PM from you with an offer of considerably more. In fact, if you want it Seo - Give me 3K now and the bidding stops. Everyone else - $2500.

Why you so mean DOC! It will cost you $500 more that way!

Why you so mean DOC!

Ok stop crying. Do some research on the domain market, post your 'appraisal' in the sale section of any of the big domainer forums and you will get laughed out of there.Your 'appraisal'is about as worthless as this thread.

$580 is a very generous offer for a worthless 4-letter .com that you can't even show stats for, so put down the crack pipe and take Robs money and have a Merry f**kin' Christmas playa.smileys/smiley16.gif

Not to offend you, but many of my domains appraise in the 5 digits too, but I doubt anyone would pay methat much for them.

It's kind of like appraisalson "Antiques" or"Rare Coins"... True value is based on what themarket will bear, or what others have actually received on a similar valued items, which is generally less than the appraisal value.

Appraisals tend to give a false value, but do make you feel good about what you've got. Also, a high appraisal can help you recoupe your losses with an insurance company, such as if a item was stolen from you.

I would agree with most here... $3000 is quite a stretch.

EBMD.com - and the EB is for what? Oh? u relate a webmd mis-spell, webmd might take exception to that as well...

I think the $900 going rate is far too high as well...

But take ur chances people.

The bidding is past $1000 PM is a wonderful thing! - thank you all so far. SeoDoc and MerleHanson- you two can possibly go into business together! - For you two not a penny less than $3500 - so negative!!

RxRob- I am hurt that you dropped out of the bidding or did you? You always seem willing to take a chance!

PillRoller- Come on Buddy you can do much better. You play like your poor but you got the Bentley somewhere - I know it!

$1500 is coming up I know it!

No thanks. I just went to godaddy and registered a misspelling(spelling? smileys/smiley8.gif) of webmd.com for $8.95

If you get that many type-ins, which I repectfully doubt,I should receive a similar amount. The domain I registered is just one letter off andit's the keyright next to iton the keyboard.

Now that I think about it, how many people go to webmd.com looking to buy meds? I wuoldn't think very many.

Why would taxes be paid on an apraisal?

And SEODOC, if you want ghetto houses, I can get them for you.
