I just had a site's links changed over to ims and the cart redirects to another id. Other ims sites I don't own transfer to the same link. Strange think is this afternoon it worked fine, and the cart was framed by my site- now it redirects to another strange id. Haven't had a sale all day, and a test one I did 15 minutes ago is still not present on the back end. Makes me wonder as my sales have been way way down since swithcing.

Yeah Star I'm having the same thing happen at my sites. It appears as though my order page is no longer remaining in its frame. But I'm still getting sales even though it's not framed. I don't know why it would do this but if the sales keep coming in then it really doesn't matter. My sales have increased about 30% with IMS and that's with the same amount of traffic. And the low decline rates are even better. I still have some EVA sites up and the decline rate was 56% yesterday as opposed to 7% with IMS. I just sent them an email and I'll let you know when I hear back.

Do you use a template of theirs?

I placed a test order, and it didn't show up on the back end.

Yeah I use one of their templates and have had over 30 sales today with no problems. Six of those sales happened after the order page started to break out of frame.

If I were you I would just go ahead and send them an email and have them check into it. They've always been quick to respond to my emails.

Hi everyone,

Our programmer has been upgrading our backend this evening which is why the order form was breaking out of it's frame. This has had zero effect on the tracking of affiliate sales. We anticipate things will be back to normal sometime tonight.

Star send me an email with your concerns and I'll look into them.
