Help Please!

Can someone who is using EVA and the new tropicsp url's please confirm the following:


1. That the customer service email address is: customerservice@tropicsp.com


2. That form mail url is: https://www.tropicsp.com/servlet/af.Main?n=FormEmail (https://www.tropicsp.com/servlet/af.Main?n=FormEmail)


I have been using these above but seem to get a lot of bounce backs especially on (1.) above.


I read somewhere that maybe I should be using www4.tropicsp.......


Any help or clarification would be much appreciated.

Many thanks but I am still not sure about the customer service email address. Can anyone shed light on what it is?
