I'm seeing a few orders in my account with status "pending review", one of them is in status since 10/29/03 1:45 AM. Is this equivalent of credit problems at EVA or is it something different?

Wating for the doc???? I have those but they generally disappear within an hour or so. Looks like it needs to be "WARPED into the future" LOL

Waiting for doc is marked by something else. Future orders is something I am yet to encounter on IMS. I hope it will remain this way for atleast 1 month before the sh*t hits the fan here too like it did at EVA. smileys/smiley17.gif

Yes, please enlighten us IMS.

I've noticed that it is in the "Campaign Commission to be paid" category. Looks like it is giving me credit still.

Also, what is "on hold"? That also seems to show as a credited earning, however just the term alone sounds like I'm not going to see a penny from it.

I've seen these on both IMS and RxMedicalNetwork's system.

Thanks,

Newb

Pending reviews are normally processed with a day or two but can sometimes take a little longer. This could be due to a number of factors including payment problems.

On hold orders are from customers that have reordered too soon. These are held untilit's time for a refill. As far as the "on hold" orders showing up in the"commissions to be paid"category, that's a small glitch. We are correcting it so that they will appear in the "commissions pending" section.
