We'd like to thank our affiliates for your continuing support. Everyones efforts have made World Express RX succeed beyond our wildest expectations.
With our success have come some hiccups. We sell out of products faster than we can supply them, we are bombarded with product inquiries and customer service requests, and we realize how much better our affiliate program could be.
We have begun the process to make major modifications to our entire website. Internally we're thinking of it as World Express RX, Version 2.
Some of the new features include:
Users will not have to register to add items to their cart. Registration will still be required, but not until the checkout process. This will prevent user frustration and increase the overall number of orders placed.
Affiliate Program will feature Campaign Tracking for better statistics, as well as Daily Report emails of your accounts and email notifications when an order is placed. These will be optional settings.
Affiliates with large accounts will have their statistics calculated and stored every evening for them, for faster statistics. The calculations are becoming enormous so its best we do the big ones in the evening when the website traffic isn't as heavy.
Hits to your affiliate account will be sortable by day/month for better reporting. Hits will also be sorted for Campaigns that you create.
Inventory tracking will be implemented to improve our product supply efficiency.
Our payment process will be drastically improved to have payments sent out faster to affiliates. More wire transfer options will become available.
Pre-made graphics will be made available for affiliates wishing to run Ad programs.
A new World Express RX customer service management program will be launched to help us respond faster to customer inquiries. We have found emails to be simply too unreliable.
We've only begun this process and we're very excited about the challenge ahead and how it will improve our website for everyone, from our staff, to our customers and our affiliates.
