FTC case update.

Federal Criminal case update.
VCsaid to be co-operating with federal authorities to bring others to justice as per his plea agreement. (Cases against attorneys, web site operators, Doctors, pharmacist, counterfieters, importers, etc., Whomever.)
No sentencing date has been set yet, though it is expected soon. Sentencing will likely be concluded once he has delivered the information requested by the US DOJ. I can't imagine him being in a hurry to go to jail. No word on whether protective custody or witness protection program will be needed or used ultimately.
