It seems like Rob usually signs off when there's any kind of problem.

It's probably because he'd otherwise be bombarded with the same questions

over and over again.



I'm sure they'll sort it out. I'm still a bit scared though.

Jive Network is currently down due to our T1s being cut this morning by some nearby construction. They hope to have the cables repaired soon but the repairs could take well into the evening.


Sorry for the inconvenience but this is hurting our salesjust as greatly as yours.

It would be nice to receive an email notification when things like this happen. I didn't realize the site was down for several hours.

They had to unhook the T1 from the servers in order for the DEA to confiscate them.

pillagent as been online except for a few hours today. The pricing links are working again on all sites. Just not the secure links.
