OK - Say I get an order, and they reorder -will Heraclinic send out reorder notifications with my affiliate ID in it? I definitely get ALL SALES - lifetime customer? Or do I have handle that? In which case, are they going to give me my customer's email addresses so i don't lose myre-orders when some jerk comes along and rips off their customer database?

P.s. I sent them an email - I tried to submit the application and received an error on the next page. I have MS so I told them until they fixed the error - I tried 3 times - can only type with the hand now - I guess i will wait until they've got the bugs out and somebody answers my email..

Has anyone even heard back from them? I used the info@heraclinic.com address - they didn't have an affiliate director email address - i would like to get started building, but not if i have to re-type everything all over again and to have that "application error" - takes me a long time to type and there's no auto-fill. very frustrating - i don't like getting off on the wrong foot like that in the very beginning of a program but it has endless possibilities for all age groups.

thanks 4 reading, and hope someone can clarify

I know some serious athletes who manage their hormones like this and
I've wanted to at least get my levels tested.........Susanne Sommers is
promoting it as the fountain of youth after having used it (in part) to replace chemotherapy after her cancer diagnosis

Hi Lori,

Sorry if you were having problems with the sign up form yesterday. I
emailed everyone I could identify as having run into the signup problem
explaining that the signup was accepted and you should be able to log
in with the username and password you put in the first time. If you
didn't get that email, I apologize.

Also, info@heraclinic.com goes to hera clinic's customer service, not
to the affiliate director...for that you can email me or howard at the
email addresses listed in the posting above or at the
affiliates@heraclinic.com email address that's listed on the linking
instructions page.

Let me know if you need further clarification or if I can help you with anything else.

Hi everybody,

I want to clarify this customer for life idea. We are treating this just like our other program. If an order comes thru your store and we ship, you get paid on it. If that same customer decides to order from another store the next time around, the store they order from gets the commission. Its the same as we having been doing all along. As long as the customer gets to us thru your site, its your commission.

On another note; feel free to contact me if you have any questions or problems concerning Hera. You can reach me at howard@mpllc.net.

Are we going to be able to use the word "Bioidentical" in our domain namesand marketing campaigns if someone is trying to get a trademark application for the Word? It's a WordMark "Bioidentical" that was filed in Mid-April 05, and this guy claims that it has not been used in Commerce. Normally, if a Word has been used "In commerce" no less than a year I believe, then the application is denied. But this guy has a good attorney and this is how they've worded the application:

GOODS AND/OR SERVICES

Serial No: 78615203

------------------------------------------------------------ --------------------
International Class: 016
Printed matter, namely books relating to human hormonal health
First Use Date: (DATE NOT AVAILABLE)
First Use in Commerce Date: (DATE NOT AVAILABLE)

Basis: 1(b)

http://tarr.uspto.gov/servlet/tarr?regser=serial&entry=7 8615203 (http://tarr.uspto.gov/servlet/tarr?regser=serial&entry=78615203)

Are we even going to be able to market "Bioidentical" products if he gets approved? I don't have money to file opposition,orTIME.

Bioidentical has been used in commerce for YEARS - and "printed materials" also applies to web publishing, marketing ad copy, Ebooks, domain names - you name it.

Anythingprinted or written or "desccribed" on the Netas "Bioidentical" is then fair game. This guy can send out letters to everyone owning domain names that have the word "Bioidentical" in them - and it wouldn't cost him much more than the price of postage and paper/envelopes.

It's been done before - it's being done - I had a domain name last year with the word "Strivectin" in it and was supposed to "transfer" it - instead, I cancelled it - I was not about to just give them my domain for FREE - if they wanted it, they had to pay for it like everybody else.

If anyone marketing Hera Clinic has MONEY & Time they might want to file an opposition to it up at uspto.gov

From USPTO.GOV:

"....Merely Descriptive and Deceptively Misdescriptive

The examining attorney will refuse registration of a mark as merely descriptive if it immediately describes an ingredient, quality, characteristic, function, feature, purpose or use of the specified goods or services. A mark will be refused as deceptively misdescriptive if (1) the mark misdescribes an ingredient, quality, characteristic, function, feature, purpose or use of the specified goods or services; and (2) the misrepresentation conveyed by the mark is plausible...."

BIOIDENTICAL isat Least "MerelyDescriptive"as it immediately describes an already existingform of hormone therapy/treatment/products or goods and services already available and in use in commerce.

Just thoughtI would give y'all a heads-up - Gee, maybe I should get a WordMark for "Natural Hormones" or "natural hormone therapy" - If I had the MONEY...
