Huh, posting on the behalf of JasonB/JayB/bigrxprofit? I asked this because you were making positive posts about bigrxprofit (one of Jason's many avatars here) many days/weeks before he announced his leaving the IHC.
That $45K profit is most of what belonged to the affiliates who used to send orders directly to platinum-rx. All the people who are simply reordering or reordering using bookmarks in their browsers are sending money to a Jason, who don't have to pay a penny to affiliates who won the customers in first place.
Edited to add:
I had this thread in my bookmarks.

If anyone is interested I found a EVA partner who has lower base prices than Doug or any other sites out there plus a NO LOW BALLERS policy!!! Check out the price schedule http://www.bigrxprofits.com/aff-price-schedule.htmI signed up for the programI'm going to switch my links over as soon as I'm approved.Late payments from Plat-rx are making me a bit nervous!I'll let you guys know how it works out.

Yes, Jason asked me to post the link because he was afraid admin delete his post. Which willmost likely happen now. smileys/smiley1.gifJason Bennet got me started in this industry so I know him better than most on this forum. If he asks for a favor... I'm going to do it.

Nothing good could come out of what happened between IHC and me, but we've settled our differences and I got Platinum-Rx.com as part of the deal. I want to distance myself from selling controlleds asap (just my preference) so the site is for sale.

why tak edown all your sites accept platinum? seems like you are pretty worried about getting heat and platinum would certainly draw much more attention than all of your little affiliate sites?

I'm just curious - what is the value in plat-rx web site for it to cost $100K ?
It has nothing except positions in some SE now - or am I wrong ?

Well, affiliates of IHC sent in millions of hits to Platinum-rx, and some of those hits turned into loyal customers who will reorder from that site until the end of time, or they die, whichever comes first.

Almost every AD competes with their affiliates.

Affiliate: Exactly. I didn't understand that post. Think about ANY affiliate program for a minute. You are offering to sell their product. No vendor, in their right mind, would stop selling to not compete with affiliates. It's a bit different with AD's but the point is still there.
Be happy they (anyone) has an affiliate program!

not very AD puts up tens of sites and spams the search engines. Actually, most OP's don't compete in the search engines at all. Bennet made his living competing as an affiliate not as an affiliate director.
They even switched their affiliate links for a while in an attempt to use their affiliates for link pop.
Also, most affiliates expect to get credit for their reorders, not have some employee of the pharm they promoted get them all.
IOf you spent dough promoting platinum on PPC, just breaking even, it probably doesn't feel good to know jason made $45k on platinum rx last month off your back.

Iggy, If you have a problem with Jason... give him a call and talk to him. You just posted a bunch of lies. Jason was an affiliate just like the rest of us before he was an affiliate director. He worked hard for us and does care about affiliates. What happend with him and IHC was aweful for all involved. There was no other options.

Yes we did. And it worked too for meds like cyclobenazprine, nasnonex, and a few others as planned. And I was able to sleep at night knowing that this may have affected our affiliates' sales by 0.000001%.
Also, most affiliates expect to get credit for their reorders, not have some employee of the pharm they promoted get them all.
Iggy, my guess is you probably won't believe this, but I wish that even you were getting credit for your re-orders right now thru Platinum-Rx. I wish that what happened didn't happen. But it did.
IOf you spent dough promoting platinum on PPC, just breaking even, it probably doesn't feel good to know jason made $45k on platinum rx last month off your back.
If it makes you feel better Iggy, I've lost alot these past few months. Much more than the sale of Platinum-Rx.com could ever offer.

Buying the Plat-rx site would be a good move if:
1) This industry might not be gone any time now. ( as it pertains to class III )
2) Nobody but the new owner would have the customer list to market to. The customer email list is the key. If it is not totally in the hands of one person then it's seriouslycompromised.
3) A log is provided showing recenttraffic ( this would be great considering that the site is not in PPC anymore so now it's left with mostlyrepeat customers coming back for more probably converting high %'s)
Number one being the biggest hurdle..
