Any one knows how is moneybookers.com for receiving money from UK?

A pharmacy is known to send money through them but I am having a horrible experience with moneybookers.

They owe me about $600 but I am not able to withdraw money because thry are not verifieng either my CC or my bank account, I sent them several mails but they simply dont reply to my mails.

Can any one tell me someone I can contact at moneybookers with phone and email?

Are they gay, or are you using gay as a pejorative?

Anyway, never heard of them.
