another emample of why calling for prescription reorders isn't a great idea, especially if your just going to cancel or deny them.

"Yes, A guy Oscar that works there called me on 10-27-03 to see if I wanted to reorder. Why is my order cancelled? This scares me now since I gave this guy my credit card information on the telephone. Why was my order cancelled?"

You can turn off calls to your customers in the settings for each site.

They charge you $5 too if the order completes.

Or calling people drug addicts: smileys/smiley3.gif

The note said: I was CALLED by your STAFF TO RE-NEW this PRESCRITION. Pls stop accusing me of drug abuse & send the order or I will re-order from another site . I have never had this happen before. Your staff called me & said it was time for renweal, not once, but twice. The 2nd time I asked them to go ahead & send the refill, pls send the refill & stop sending emails advising me that it is too soon.

Damn, I came here to post a new thread asking if anyone else has had the success I have had with EVA PH orders this week!

I haven't had any of these problems and they are the reason I've had the best 2 day sales period EVER! smileys/smiley16.gif

@Chicago

That aint right. Sorry. The $5 discount you see in the email is the discount YOU SPECIFY in your rate structure for reorders. My profit on these PH orders is consistant with no extra fees other than what I offer as a discount for reordering.

Yes, I couldn't agree more, everyone switch to IMS NOW!!!! The more the better. RUN don't WALK!

As stated on the EVA site

"In order to pay for the large number of call center staff salaries, equipment and long distance charges, there is a $5 charge per outbound call that is aquired and delivered. "

Where are these charges shown? I've never seen a charge. Weird

Thanks EVA for charging $5 on delivered orders only or I'd have gone broke by now paying $5 for phone orders that are never delivered. smileys/smiley6.gif

Awesome, thanks for directing traffic. The way you held those "SLOW" and "STOP" signs was unheard of.

When an order completes, is an additional $5 taken off the "Profit" section or is it behind the scenes and not in the reports. I mean, considering how much they make me, I don't mind paying that as long as its only charged when the order COMPLETES as Phalaris said.
