Ok , an update from MWS


MWS is NOT back in business. a far as seeing some of our old domains up again, these are for a compnay that is not related to MWS.


I do however, represent this compan to a dgree. SO any affilaite looking to send orders, etc, can PM me and I will send you the direct contatc for them...weekly payments, USA pharmacies and doctors, etc...Weekly payouts based on volume.


Some of you have been emailing me for hydrocodone sponsors. I do not selll this product nor do I disagree with any type 3,4, or 5 prodcuts based on the exisiting model.

I will tell you all, that I (by myself, not with MWS) am working on a version of this model that is based on a letter of opinion from May. I need about 60 days to be complete, but then even all you sceptice will have to agree this new model will be more safe then even going to a random docotor on the street.


In the meantime, I am watching this board always. Sadly I have some wierd PC issues that makes it hard from me to login to some time.

Yeah, you gave us the information to try and get our money back. But has anyone received anything yet???


I completed my package, talked to Illiana and others months ago. Until all this legal crap is cleared... nothing is going to happen! And I am very doubtful I will ever see a dime! I filled out those papers and haven't heard a thing in months!


I'm not totally sure how you were involved with MWS, but you can be sure I wouldn't trust doing business with you (or anyone who was apart of a company who CON'ed us). 20K is no chump change! It's hard to believe some people lost 4,5, even 6 times that amount!


I noticed you moved in to the "online casino" arena... why are you back to OP??? For someone who was trying to steer clear of shady business, you sure have chosen some controversial areas to continue to work in.

MWS had to fil for bankruptcy due to government crapola ( thats the offical term) and frozen bank accounts.


I think eevryone on this boards agrees most ops then are never heard from again.

Haven't heard a thing!

I filled-out all the appropriate "claim" forms and followed the process described by Brian in earlier posts. No response or action has been taken so far. It has been several months now!

I'm sure this is a long, drawn-out process. But it would be nice to get an update. The truth is, I'd be really supprised if I ever saw a dime!

But I'll keep hoping... you can be sure I won't forget!

Sorry for delays in replying but I had issues with my login which admin was kind ehough to fix.

MONEY OWED:

Goverment has it all. What they did not take was turned over to the bankruptcy trustee. Here is the way it works.

Bankruptcy CANNOT leghally start paying vendors till they know how much they have to work wioth. So until The USA turns the money back over to the corp, they are basiavlly in a hold porcess.

MWS feels very confident this will happen. Why ? Well, its has been since May 20th of LAST year and still, they have found NOTHING wrong. Sadly we got grouped in with others how did do wrong.

I understand you all being upset. I cannot make you like me again, but I do think some credit may be deserved due to the fact I am still posting, and we have made all efforts we could do do to make this happen for our affiliates. Unlike other companies that ran offshore or "sold" their company to to others, we have stood, fought, and we will win this battle. No doubt. Sadly the company lost but I feel we will set the precedent for the future.

BTW, by us putting the company into the bankruptcy protection IF MWS were found guilty of ANYTHING and had to pay a fine, the fund that the bankruptcy trustee has HAs to go to the ceditors( affiliates, doctors, etc) before getting paid. That is why we did this. For your protection.

Will uipdate this as time goes by, but expect another 6 months of the US wasting tax dollars.
