email notifications down again

sales made but no email notifications since august 6 .. what's going on now

Since the 5th for me - talked to Tony yesterday. He told me that my email kept coming back to the effect of my email was rejecting. I knew it was'nt me

It's not you, exactly, it's your server. If you're server relies on a
spam filtering database maintained by "Spamhaus", they have blacklisted
us because they found an email address in a posting on a russian
bulletin board requesting a copy of warspeedmailer.exe. Doing a search on the email address, they found a
fake german blog that had one of our affiliates' web link and that
email address in the same posting. Following the link, they found that
the website was advertising our products and so blacklisted mail coming
from our domain as spam.



I've been forced to suspend the affiliate's account (he get's no more
than 2 orders a month). If he's a spammer, he's a really ineffective
one. Vigilante spam cops like these guys who hold little regard for
proof and accuracy *make* as many victims of spam as they save.



Anyway, the problem has been resolved. All confirmation emails should be reaching you now.

Tony, I went into my profile at 5pm on mpllc.net and changed it to the new email we spoke of. In your post at 3:23pm you said that I should be receiving the emails but I was not. Is that because I had not changed my email yet or ???Can you make sure I get all notifications since the 5th to the new email in my profile??

Everything is flowing fine through our system now. Spamhaus has removed
the listing and put mpllc.net on a "white list". Email me privately if
you're still having problems and we'll work it out, one account at a
time.
