Pharmgroup,

I placed an order today to test your system. Everything seemed to go fine except there were no order confirmations sent to me (as the customer), no updates as to if the order was approved, shipped, etc..., and as an affiliate, I was not sent an email stating that I had made a sale.

Just giving you a heads up so that you can get this corrected or add these features if you do not already have them.

I would like to say that the ordering process was smooth, but maybe a little long. Some redundant questions may only need to be on there once instead of 2-3 times, just my opinion.

Altogether though it was a smooth process and I have only these small issues. Good luck with your program.

Thanks for the headsup. We are concerned however. Emails are generated throughout the process to the customer. I also sent you a personal one yesterday to your email address. So you did not recieve any of these? We do not as default send email confirmations to affiliates upon sale. If you would like us to though, please let us know. We will be adding that option in the control panel as well.

As far as our order forms, the questions are controlled by the physician group and some are redundant in order to ensure congruancy and accuracy. These are prescription medication and the physicians issue them with the utmost care. We understand its hard for us to compete with other companies that utilize doctors offshore or use doctors that may actually be chiropractors or dentists. Our physicians are credentialed by a third party company who does just that. Credentializes physicians who review patients conditions for what they went to school for.

Though we have been around for 7 years, our development never stops. We appreciate the feedback as always! Feedback is critical to creating a program that works for everyone. Keep it coming!

Hey us-meds,
good points. I personally dont like getting all those emails from diff companies notifying me of a sale. Hate the junk emails. Uggg.... I would rather just log into their admin section and see if there is a sale or not.
I am happy they finally came out with a set your own pricing, its about time....at first i thought it was a little confusing but now that i have messed with it..i find it pretty easy to use...time will tell how good it is

I agree it is better to be safe than sorry later.

I did receive your email yesterday, so I am able to receive emails from you guys I do not know why none of the order confirmation/status emails showed up. I basically do not have a spam filter, this is on purpose so that I can see who is trying to email me asking me to refill my prescriptions on another web site (which happens a lot).

It would be nice to receive email confirmations for any sales. Also, the ability to turn this off would be nice for those that do not wish to receive them.

One more thing. I went to refill.pharmgroup.com and requested my password be sent, it never came.

I received my order today though, so thanks for the fast shipping.
