Hello to all...
As we all know many OPs are closing but none are closing as gentleman should...
No one is paying their debts.
What would you think if an OP (admin , no names stated ) would pay off what was owed to you in exchange of getting you to work with them...
Would you conceder starting to work with this new OP ?
Looking forward to your feedback.

I think that you have this backwards.
If someone owes you money, would you consider letting them WORK FOR YOU until the debt is paid off?
However if they are of no use to you, then perhaps theywill serve you bestAS AN EXAMPLE TO OTHERS!

Sounds like extortion. Then again it would depend on how much they owed me, how desperate I was for the $ and how willing I was to pimp myself. smileys/smiley11.gif

Andre, I would suggest that all Ops pay their debts. My research suggest that because of the record of the Ops that it's not only civil law getting trounced on, but also criminal. Something about an ongoing criminal enterprise, wire fraud, various other things that will get an Op and their associates thrown in jail for f**king ever.
Just my opinion, but there's no bigger piece of sh*t, than a scum bag that won't pay their bills or f**ks patients. These guys that aren't paying their bills are going to be prosecuted, and sued. Just that simple.
As an alternative to working for a piece of sh*t that won't pay you, why not work for an Op like MPLLC. You know I'm knocking out 50 to 65 sales a day, non controlled. Getting paid on time every time. Get phone calls from them, 2 or 3 times a week. Jesus, I feel like I'm important to them, not just another f**king victim.
So I guess in summary, if your a piece of sh*t, duck! If your looking for a good Op, check out MPLLC.

Businesses cease operations and don't pay their debtors all the time. It's a fact of life for any independant contractor.Of course you make every effort to collect, but most of the time the money's just not there. It doesn't pay to get so worked up about it.
Meanwhile, and in my opinion much more importantly, I'm still looking for a replacement OP with the same product line.

Businesses are muchmore accountable than individuals. I don't know what business school you graduated from, but for a business to incur a debt, with no intention of repaying, this is called fraud. Especially if that company is in violation of other laws. I think it's going to be great fun having Orlando explain his business practices to a jury. I've already collected evidence on probably 200 counts and I'm an amateur, just helping my lawyer out in my civil suit. Bummed's is also located in Florida, which means fast tract settlements. It means in a few weeks I'll have my money and as a bonus the operators of Bummed's Ass.

I'm probably wrong here, but I believe that in the OP arena that 9 times out of 10 the OP vanishes with a sizable chunk of cash. I would guess more than enough cash to pay their debts. But that is not the game is it?

The problem has been is nobody held them accountable. If they have assets, you have rights. Florida is a super state. It doesn't just let you blow people off. If you've got assets, they can be taken. Especially if your a criminal.

what I was basically saying is that if any of you guys had a loss working for other OPs we might be able to reduce that loss if you would conceder working with us.
sometimes it is better to move on and find new business opportunities...
