Maybe they are doing this because they don't sell much of these products.
Might not have anything to do with legal issues.

I believe those drugs are all schedule III. (Pretty sure phentermine is IV) Maybe they are just getting rid of the schedule IIIs.

Chicago brought that up when e-scripts dumped the same meds. I guess that could be it. It would be nice to hear a reason why.

[Jamie] Welcome to e-scripts-md.com, how may I help you?
[Visitor] Hello. Why can't I buy Didrex any longer?
[Jamie] The physicians that are contracted with e-scripts-md.com, LLC are no longer writing prescriptions for that medication. You are welcome to visit the website to view the list of other appetite suppressants that we currently offer. Or, if it is the Didrex you require, then it is suggested that you see your primary care physician.
Well, Escripts and EVAare still selling Fioricet (Butalbital) and it is Schedule IIIsmileys/smiley5.gif

It's a bit condradictory. The OP's claim that they are operating fully within the law, writing legal, legitmate scripts.
Then, they back away from schedule III's because these drugs need a face to face doctor relationship to be ok?

I know many will not want to hear this, but maybe it's for the best.

It might be the doctors and pharmacies not wanting toprescribe and shipthose meds. In the DEA's recordings it's states that they will face penalties also.

We all know that the lifestyle drugs are under attack. The only thing we can do is rollwith it and adapt.
Failing to plan ahead and get some more irons in the fire to make you $$ is hazardous to your online business.
I am spending most of my time setting up forthe new way that Rx will be offered and a few other money makers..
