I've been worried about my refills lately, seems like they're not as steady as they used to be. A lot less than usual in such a little time makes me worried. Anyone else getting low refills in the past weeks? Notice anything strange?

Same here! I'm down to about half of what I'm used to getting.

My problem is not retention of refill customers, those come in pretty consistantly. The problem is finding new customers.
I am only promoting about two dozen meds with them because the rest have higher base prices than other programs.

same here, refills are coming, new customers do not really do ....
I see a bunch of subaffiliates who make TONS of sales don't see if they are refills or not though

I got a buttload of new customers the past few months but the refil rate so far is kinda ow considering the way RXP used to recur for me. Kinda scary since they were the steadiest program out there. Also their emails are late all the time now and they say they're having problems reaching customers for refills because of spam filters that could contribute.
Wish my subaffiliates weren't lazy...

their emails are not "late" they send them out hourly (you can configure exim to send hourly with the proper options) using that option does not mean the emails are "late", i asked paul why this was he told me it is to manage mail load on their servers to certain domains with rate control (such as roadrunner, AOL etc)

by the way RXP/MPLLC and JRB the only ones where I see refills... and I mean the same customers reappearing every month and ordering the same stuff ...
all these "big generic suppliers" somehow do not generate refills and I mean 10k+ in sales (might not be a lot for some guys here I know) and NOT ONE SINGLE REFILL for MONTHS!! not one....
lifetime commissions my hemorrhoids ridden ASS ! You here me? some of you are here I know......
let's say you sold to 100 people => what are the odds that in a generic store where you cannot set prices and you have _GOOD_ prices refills just do not happen?
I prefer private label sites also, because cookie tracking now when half of my visitors do not come with a referer info and do not even accept session cookies (not tracking, jsut session cookies) ,,,, relying on cookies to make a buck just sucks bigtime ...

LOL - Perhaps it's the food wrap the meds are sent in.

hah:)
thanks that made me laugh .... i am in a DARK mood but that made me laugh :)
yeah on the other hand maybe "foodsaver" unmarked pills, unmarked bottles do not help the trust grow ...
but more seriously I would expect a 15% refill rate and maybe would beleive a 5% ... a 0% is shaving ... simply said ....
or just one those "errors in reporting happen there a lot - the ones that make all your refills go to the "default id" "
I was in contact with a gaming company where the backend had a backend (i even knwew who wrote it) that made strange calculations to rip affiliates/advertisers off....
you went there and your $100 ended up e.g. $60 because chargebacks and random other errors occured - ever wonder why your $100 at a casino ends up -$10 (carried over) and if they REALLY give $120 bonus every time someone loses a $100 ??? Think again ....

Those generic sites do have absolutely awful refill rates, makes RXP look like gods compared to them. However i'm still concerned about RXP refills which have been awfully low compared to previous months. Something like 30% of previous month's customers don't seem to be recurring this month and i've never seen that before.

The only thing I can tell you MrM is to check your pricing. With all the new OP programs, and old ones renamed, there is a lot more competition now from those with lower base prices.
You may lose a little on the front end, but you'll get your reorders back!
