How can I get listed to dmoz? I tried at least a dozen or more times with no eval.

Don't bother. They hate affilaite sites.

That is what i was thinking. Also i tried to become an editor for that directory and guess what they denied me....suprising huh..

There are some categories in DMOZ where even pope can'tget his application for editor approved. Prescription meds is one such category.


Cell phones related categories used have the same problem last year because ofabuse by editors. One editor had 40+ sites in one category all 1-5 page sites with full page banner for cellularphones.com and similar merchants. Needless to say that category contained hardly any site owned by any other webmaster.

Only problem is there hasn't been a dmoz dump into google for 3 months.:(
