The Order Summary export has been adjusted so that the orders log on the "Bank Settled" date which affiliates have always been paid on from the "Ship" date which was given before. So affiliates see the same thing accounting sees for payouts.
I have arranged with accounting that from now on, following every pay period, a summary of the orders that affiliates were paid on are to be emailed to every affiliate in the Partner Program. Affiliates using banners and links will not receive this feature since you can already view what you have been paid on, and we have no way to export it. These summaries will be sent from the email address ihc@bsfaa.com , and the subject line will be "Order Summary for week ending ???". You will not be able to reply to this address, and all accounting issues will still have to go through me. Affiliates in the Partner Program will now know exactly what orders they have been paid on and how much their check will be for. These summaries will go out the day checks are mailed, so affiliates will receive these summaries in advance. We will not be able to send you a summary unless you have input an email address into www.ipssoftware.net (http://www.ipssoftware.net/) or www.my-apps.com (http://www.my-apps.com/) .
We are now on a weekly payment schedule for checks and direct deposits. Wires are done biweekly, the next wire will be Nov 12<SUP>th</SUP>. We do not charge for fedex, direct deposit or wires. You will receive a summary of your orders when you get paid, if you receive a wire you will receive a summary every other week. My-Apps / .NET affiliates will be paid by check only in the mean, we will have wiring capabilities shortly.
