Like everyone we are severely limited in supply. We are shipping a small amount of product each day. Our customer service department has been instructed to inform everyone that supply at all pharmacies is limited and as more product becomes available orders will be shipped in the sequential order that they have reached us.

As everyone is well aware, the Tamiflu situation has been rapidly changing. This morning we received additional information from Roche that we must pass on to everyone.
Roche has instructed the wholesalers not to sell Tamiflu to any pharmacy unless there is a flu outbreak in the area. Fortunately we still have limited supply at our pharmacies and are trying to manage the small amount of Tamiflu that we have and this is why you see a few orders being shipped out each day.
We must CAUTION everyone that if you choose to send orders to us, all orders will immediately be assigned to a HOLD queue. These orders will not be credit carded, nor will they be reviewed by a physician, or a pharmacy. The orders will go into a hold pattern until their is ample supply at the pharmacies to fulfill the orders.

For all of you who still wish to send orders to us, please be aware that it may take up to 30 days for these orders to ship and you will not receive compensation till the product ships.

We are have set up a new autoresponder for this HOLD status so that if the order still comes to us we can alert the customer as to what is happening with their order.

This is the auto responder your client will receive if you send the order to our system:

Dear [firstName],

Thank you for your recent order. As you may be aware the demand for this product far outweighs any supply. Your order has been received and is in queue to be processed as the pharmacies receive supply in. You can log in to check order status at http://www.pharmgroup.com. We anticipate shipments to go out slowly daily but be advised it could be up to 30 days before your request becomes processed.

If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

Tamiflu Update:

For the past ten days we have been working feverishly to secure a supply of Tamiflu for the many OP's in Pharmgroups coalition.

As of late last evening we were informed that the supply we were working to secure is now completely restricted and any product that we had a chance of getting is gone.
When this product will be available is not something we can predict.
Again, we urge all affiliates that marketing a product that is out of supply is a risk and it is something you should think long and hard about before pouring your marketing budgets into it.

It has never been our intent to deceive anyone about the availability of this product.
You can be rest assured that once we get product from Roche we will be contacting everyone of our affiliates clients to see if they still require that the product be shipped to them.

Regards,
