Has any one noticied this past week a high increase in hits?
My hits have nearly doubled :D
but my sales have not gone up at all. :(
Losing loads of people at the checkout page

I have noticed that from time to time. However, you will usually get an increase in sales over the next week even if your hits go back to normal. They are not impulse buyers but shoppers who will order when their meds run out if they liked your prices.

Check your server logs to make sure that those hits are not bots.
