Whats up with Integra??

Every month my check from them is less then it is suppose to be, for Sept. it was $125.00 less. I emailed Rich in Oct. and got a reply from Christina Aguilar saying she would get back with me later in the day (never did). Since Oct. I have emailed Christina 4X with no response. Now I get Oct. payment and its 60% less then it was suppose to be WTF, I emailed them with no response I call for Rich, and they ask whos calling, put me on hold and then say unavailable?!?! (that happened 2X) Then they tranfer me to someone for affiliate payments who they said can help, not there leave a message. Well that was last week! I know were in the hollidays but they have a business to run and should be more attenative to affiliates problems, been with them for 2 years or so.

have you tried talking to Richard via skype?
That can usually help you get issues sorted out quickly.

For everyone:
Problem solved, some orders were carried over to the following month and some were canceled/decined. Backend script is being worked on to better reflect this issue.

I want IntegraRx send Order Confermation mail to affiliate should include URL and Product name so it will be easy to optimise particular product.

Needless to say it is Benifitial to both of us.

I just put a help ticket into our 3rd party tracking software to see what it takes to make that happen. I agree, that information would be helpful! I can pull that type of report through our internal system but unfourtunately I need to do some work to make it available through our affiliate tracking software.

If you are really serious about this, I can give 2nd place to "IntegraRx" in list of Good and Affiliate Friendly Pharmacy (Though Conversion is still low).

And yes I know no one care for my ratings, this (mail with url and product) feature will automatically make you top day by day.

I mean it. Just try and See !
