Yes, i did.. but there are still errors on the order form least in my case. The error is at the end with the confirmation page where you input the credit card info.

It's not charging shipping.

when the order is entered and you confirm the price and shipping you are taken to the page where you enter the credit card information and it shows the shipping and billing addresses. You are supposed to check the box to confirm that the shipping address is correct. Well where the address and billing info is supposed to be there's just this.

Here is an example:
