Good News!

We have secured a small amount of Tamiflu.
Our customer service department is now in the process of contacting everyone's clients who have ordered from you to see if they are still interested in the product. If they do, the product will be shipped out immediately.

Also be aware that we have had to increase the base price for all future Tamiflu orders to compensate for the pharmacy increase. Please ensure to check you base pricing for all new orders.

We thank-you for your patience and continued patronage during this disruption.

Warmest regards,

Trent
Pharmgroup.

I wasn't aware that Roche increased the wholesale price. It's still $61.28 across the US for 10 pack wholesale isn't it? RRP is supposed to be $80 - $90.

What price did you guys move the base price to? I have a few hundred customers waiting to order if the availability is there and the price is right.

Im on it Pharmgroup. No one can get it . My brothers a pharmacist and he said they just got some more in but had to pay $50 more per box than they were 4 months back... I guess any supply is good at this point as the demand is definately there.

Turbo Tim ,
Your brother is 100% accurate. We had to pay an increase of $51.76 per box. Our pharmacies only have the ability to offer (10) counts as anything else is viewed as "hoarding" in their eyes.

We regret to inform everyone that we have just been advised by our physician group that the physicians are unwilling to write prescriptions for any Tamiflu patient who has ordered a quantity over 10 pills.

The physicians have indicated to us that they will only approve patients for (10) pills at a time. Therefore, we have eliminated (20) counts from the back-end of MyOP. So if a person tries to order (20) Tamiflu it will simply say "unavailable".

Please be aware that you DO NOT have to re-download a new template.

For any affiliate whose patient has placed an order for (20) pills, these persons will be called by our customer service team and told that we are still willing to process the order but it can only be filled in an allotment of (10) pills.

Again, we apologize for this occurrence but it is something that we have no control over.

Great news. We have had an overwhelmingly positive response from all of your clients who had previously ordered Tamiflu even though we have had to increase the price. Orders are now being approved and sent out in the chronological order that they have entered the system. You should begin to see your order status changing to shipped within the back office of MyOp in the days ahead
Thank-you for your patience
