What contact info are you all using for the customer service on your sites? The phone number on my order form seems out of service and i never knew what email to forward inquiries to. Anyone know?

Im wondering what they do with all my CC delicnes. Man there are tons of them. Almost 50% of the orders are declined. Anyone else seeing this?

Yes, I would like to know myself as they don't seem to want to answer my emails. I can't understand what their issue is. Are they intentially being rude because they know that they are just going to take off with our money again or are they just lazy? Or both?
I have the ability to send them hundreds of orders a week but they ignore me just as if I were an affiliate that sends them 1 order a month, I don't understand their logic or business sense. :confused:

I cant even change my 2 day shipping price either. Has anyone gotten a wire from them? When do they go out?

HI guys,
As far as cancel orders, I have seen ALL of my 90 day adipex orders cancelled and Karen wrote me this,

As far as declines goes, mine seem normal, ie less than 5%.
OK , now I am seeing all 60 day orders on hold, Pending. This is in line with what I have heard from grb and affpower. Adipex is hard to come by but 30 day suppies are going out.
Other stuff, NO idea.
Sometimes I write Karen and hear back wihin 12 hours, sometimes never. The never goes to when I ask when I will be paid ( am over the $500 min)
This is the number that I was given for customers to call for service AFTER they place an order.

Has anyone gotten a wire from them? When do they go out?
i got a wire on wednesday and one today(friday) this week... i'm assuming that one i got on wednesday was just sent out late.

Anyone help me with all these cancelled orders? I seem to recall them saying they cant fill certain quantities and/or certain products. Anyone know what that list is so I can remove it from my sites? Maybe thats the issue...
