Who's going to fold on the controlled subs next?I say USAPrescriptions because they are already under the DEA's microscope. (Sorry Brian just my opinion)

I expect USAprescription and myrxbiz to be the last among those who fold. These two will be their till the very end.
Reason? Both have parts of their business incorporated overseas and both (particularly USAp) have the financial muscle and inclination to fight legal battles.

But can they convince their docs to keep writing scripts and pharmacies to keep shipping?

Hmm well I think USA will change their business model. Why do you think they have been upgrading and adding non shceduled stuff these last few months?

They fired employees? If true then yet another step towards the end.

We have a lot of bad news all at once, I've been all over every board on the web and have not heard USAP has let anyone go. I think the key in shutdowns stem from the florida law concerning doctor/patient relationships. Hey guys leave Florida keep your 1800 numbers. There are pharmacies shipping all over the country for online ops. There are several states where the laws are a hell of a lot more lax then Florida. You could be open for buisness on Monday, and nobody to kick the doors down.

Ithink I am next to go down. Google keeps saying my credit card was declined, even though my card is good. I think the DEA froze my account smileys/smiley4.gif

They should only need to hang on for a month or so until USAP's next court date. Hopefully things develop positively in court. Could take awhile tho to resolve.

I say edrugstore.md is next.
They added Ambien, Phendimetrazine and other similar meds only last month. smileys/smiley6.gif
What about IHC?

I think edrugstore may try to hang on for another month or so. Thye just dropped their prices on diet pills dramatically and seem to be trying to make some final cash. But who knows.
My guess would be IHC might hang on the longest.
This sucks pretty bad for those who have top ranked Phentermine sites...

I think people should be raising prices with the decreased competition. Didn't anyone learn about supply and demand?
