Animal couriers were pure-bred puppies that had heroin packets surgically implanted in them. In one instance, six puppies were found impregnated with a total of three kilograms of liquid heroin packets

120 years for trafficking, and an other 120 for animal cruelty, that they should spend with guard dogs chewing on their limbs .....
that is really sad, cruel and low....

The damn puppy with the white spots got them all busted... He was acting very suspicious. He was fidgetty, slurring his barks, and avoided eye contact with the customs agents. of course the giant 2 kilo sack of "h" protruding from his nads didn't help.
