Sam,
My site feed back includes to stop the slander.
I requested a certain thread to be deleted because of slandering. I think if you want a better forum you should not allow it. I also did a name calling because I was pushed by anger.

I am going to join the other older members that don't bother posting here anymore because of the fear of being degraded. Slander can be liable. I will not let that happen to me again.

Main Entry: 2slander Function: nounEtymology: Middle English sclaundre, slaundre, from Old French esclandre, from Late Latin scandalum stumbling block, offense -- more at SCANDAL 1 : the utterance of false charges or misrepresentations which defame and damage another's reputation
2 : a false and defamatory oral statement about a person -- compare LIBEL

What is slanderous about me saying that you are a nutcase?

By nature of this post you are confirming my assertion

Yes... I've had some problems with some of SEODOC's comments. But even though I think he's been a prick, he's right... how can you be held liable for "slander"??? It's a forum! People are allowed to say what they like (as long as the moderator is OK with it).

If it was my forum, I would tell him to have respect for other members... or get lost! But I'm not going to quit using this forum just because someone's a PRICK. It's a helpful tool for staying up-to-date with the industry!

People can say what they like about me (and I can say what I like about them), but it's not going to stop me from making sales or being successful. And I know my comments aren't going to effect anyone else's business either.

I guess it's my natural response to take offense at personal attacks and fight back. But it's become obvious that some people on this forum (i.e. SEODOC) THRIVE off of it! Maybe it's better not to respond...

I'll try my best... but it's kind of fun! ;)
