it seems like the customer notes were accidently printed on the prescriptions. Which reminds me - in the pizza delivery place where I work (like chester said - "whats phentermine?") I once put a "heartless b**ch" note on a customer that orders 3-times/week but never tips even on the rainiest nights. I wasn't aware that'll get printed out on the receipt... The next time a colleague delivered her a pizza, he was chased down the stairs with a broom.. she never ordered again
