Multi choice question here. Who will be the first to come up with a new business model that will operate within all state laws ( port a med visit, nure visit etc.) and when will this model be up and running?
My best guess is usa, escripts, EVA than IHC and the others. I'm basing this on what I perceive to be the deep pockets as well as longevity in the industry. As far as time goes, I'd say it will be after the final USAP court decision.
