JRB, I love your guys program. I think it is about the most reliable out there and the new backend additions you made the other day are great.
However :), I have a question about orders by Money Orders. I get like 5-8 of these a week and it seems I have not had 1 shipped the whole time I've been with you. The status is just a big yellow M. I always checks back months to see if any shipped but they dont or the status gets lost but they always just have the Big yellow M.
What is the deal here? If they are shipping could you guys do like MPLLC does and update the status while at the same time sending the aff and email letting us know that the MO was received and the order is now being processed?
Keep up the good work though.

Neeko,
Thanks for the compliments, and please if you have any other requests, please do not hesitate to let us know. As to your question, we do update orders with the check / money order payment type as soon as we receive the payments. If you are seeing many which are not being processed, it is likely because your customers are either expecting it to be COD (which it is not), or are simply not sending in their checks / mo's. I can assure you that any funds which we receive, are promply applied to the corresponding orders. We also try to contact people who have not sent in their payments, to see if we can help to complete these orders.
Thanks again,

Thanks for the reply guys... I have a few suggestions for the backend that would be great for us affiliates and would probably get you more business ;) These aren't demands or anything just cool little things I think that would make your program even better than it is great now.
1. I get alot of orders that are entered in the system that go no where ex:
Order Actions
On 2006-04-21 at 14:22:47 from XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX: New Order entered by client
On 2006-04-21 at 14:40:31 from XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX: Email sent to customer by admin
It would be nice if you could add a description what happened and if response was ever received. ex: delcined CC#, payment not entered, or any other reason.
2. If we can display orders and affiliate report by month and even year. Currently, we can only display by day and week.
3. On the affiliate report, if the "Date Ordered On" could be added. THis would be helpful because its very confusing trying to match up order #'s when they are delivered to when they were actually ordered. A "Date Ordered On" would be very helpful.
4. A "Payment Received" email when a check or Mo is received. I tend to forget anout these orders and don't add them to my bottom line so when they payment action is acceptly approved it would be very helpful to know this.
5. Ability to see traffic to our order pages in the affiliate backend.
6. Ability to create coupons like RXP has it. Sometimes I like to track my ads and site and I think it would be good to say have a coupon that we can give customers that says $5 off your first order.
Like I said they aren't demand but things that would be really helpful to affiliates and put your program even more above the rest.
Thanks
Neeko

We do accept orders via XML and you can check order status via XML. Please contact ron@jrbhealth.com for further information on the specifics.

While we're filling out Santa's Wishlist, any way of changing the refill eligibility so that we can put in a date range?

Hi JRB I've been using your backend, now, just for a few months. While almost everything has went smoothly, I do see one major flaw.
If someone places an order that has the wrong dose, invalid CC, or something else and then they have to renter the same order your system gives them the $5 reorder discount when really it's their first order.
I'm all for giving $5 discounts for reorders but having commission taken out of my pocket because a customer can't enter their credit card the right way is kind of frustrating.
Have any other affiliates noticed this?

We will work to get that remedied ASAP.

Now we should only be giving the reorder discount for customers who have actually had orders approved. Please accept our apologies for the issue.

Still working on the coupon codes. It is pretty complex to make sure that it can be entered via all of the order entry methods we have (XML, default order forms, customer reorder, admin reorder). Hope to have it wrapped up by the end of the week. Sorry for the delay.

Ron,
Can you explain more on the XML orders and order form. Uses? Benefits to us affiliates?
Thankyou. :D

The main benefit of XML orders is that you, as an affiliate, could host and brand your own order pages, and then send the resulting information to us electronically via XML for order processing. The key here is in delivering a consistent user experience to your customers, without having to fulfill your own orders.
