Waiting for Doctor Approval

I was wondering if anyone else is seeing alot of orders dating back to 11/5 that are still waiting for doctor approval? A lot of orders that are also on hold by the doctor. I wonder if IMS is having difficulties getting doc's with all the negative press?

I have one "Awaiting doctor approval" since 11/4/2003 and a few more "Awaiting doctor approval" since 11/7, 11/8.


I also have a bunch of "on hold by doctor" orders. Has anyone ever seen "on hold by doctor"? Is it similar to"future order" at EVA?

Yeah phalaris, I emailed them with the same question. They replied that on hold by doctor usually means that the person reordered too soon.

I spoke with our programmer and he said that Awaiting doctorapproval orders that arethere for more than a few daysshould actually say On Hold instead.


We are working on getting this corrected.
