I would have liked to see a form like the one used by TSS where the customer can order a refil online rather than using e-mail nor calling customer care. http://www.rxaffiliateforum.com/smileys/smiley6.gif


Also, it looks like the Tracking page has been removed. Does this mean that the customer doesn't get an e-mail with the FedEx tracking number?

Is there an update on on the following:


1. FedEx tracking number sent to customers when the medication is shipped?


2. Re-order page where the customer can input the previous order number and complete a re-order rather than calling or sending an e-mail?</DIV>

Customers do get to see their tracking numbers through the link that is sent to them in the confirmation email.


The reorder page is in the works - probably anothercouple weeks.
