Anyone else have payout amounts that don't match their
commissions? I know there's some lag time for orders within a
pay period that ship after the closing date, but my shortfalls
have accumulated to nearly $700 over the months.

I've been going back and forth in the partner panel trying to get
it resolved, but haven't been successful yet. And I still have my
9 to 5, so calling isn't really an option for me.

Fingers crossed.

Hi Hector,

Since Feb. (when I joined), I've only had3 payout amounts not match up -- and for a very small amount (could id itfor just 1 order & 1 time when they overpaid quite a bit smileys/smiley17.gif-- they Fixed that the next week though).

They Have been late with payments sometimes, but they've been pretty good with the right amounts.

Make sure you're calling up the right dates and FedEx shipped Status. They pay from Thursday's through Wednesday's.

For example, the payment for this week is for 10/30 to 11/5.

Thanks for the suggestions, but since I noticed this happening, I
routinely pull each period's completed orders and then go back
on occasion to see what's changed and what hasn't.

The strangest thing is that the missing amounts don't add up to
anything obvious. Take this period for example. I'm short $5.64.
I didn't find any commission in my sales for that amount, though
I plan to check through them all again.

The biggest source of my overdue commissions was not getting
paid for 9/18-10/1 for some strange reason. If I recall, it was
right when the new partnerpanel was up and I created my
account there. My username never got attached to my bank info
until I opened a ticket and Ronnie got involved. Heck, even he
told me he's stumped as to why my amounts to match up.

Ok, that clears things up incredibly. I was searching on order
date, not status date. And thanks to that, I see the three pay
periods that are still owed to me.

I can't call, because like I said, I don't quite think the boss would
understand. Hopefully in a year or less, I'll be able to make that
call.

Thanks!

I have left 3 messages for Ronnie in the past 3 days regarding my wire, and never heard back. Every Friday like a well oiled clock my wires were coming in for months, and now it is early Tues and still nothing! What is a good time to get a hold of him?

Try calling earlier in the morning between 10AM and 12PM. That is usualy the best time for us.
