Hi
How can it be that your processing time for orders are longer than both RX Payouts and JRB Health?
Suggestion: I think it might improve your system if you could offer all the drugs to all the countries in your system. And include the description of the drugs at the same page where the prices are.

Thank-you for your suggestions. I think that they are valid and we will definitely look into this. Processing of orders should only be looked upon on a case by case basis. There are so many factors that can be attributed to an order not being processed in what appears to be "a timely manner" and I will touch upon a few of them for you.
Hypothetically speaking if an order where to come into the system and there was an issue with the medical history of the client, the order will be held up until the physician receives the additional information that is required from the patient. If the physician is having trouble contacting the patient it will hold up the process, sometimes this will take a few days.
Scenario #2. Ordering too soon.
If a patient tries to order a product too soon the system will not allow for that order to be processed until such a time where the physician and pharmacy are comfortable in dispensing the product . This too will hold up the order

If you compare RX Payouts and JRB Health with you and look into your own stats. It appears that you use a long time to get the credit card cleared, and a long time from the pharmacy gets the order to it is actually shipped.

Domestically speaking, if there are no inherent problems with an order it is shipped the same day that it comes into the system ( with the exception of weekends). Internationally there have been times when orders have been held up for a day or so, but I am sure that every OP has been faced with order delays for various reasons during there existence. I can assure you that our organization is not perfect, but we work to ensure that all packages are shipped in a timely manner, and if the client isn't happy we work to resolve the issue to ensure that they come back as a returning patron.
