At that point I wondered if the site he mentioned got a cut for that...hmmmmm....

If we were smart we'd all get jobs at the outbound call center and place all the reorders we get at our sites. It wouldn't be very hard for an operator to do, and you would have to almost be a moron not to do it at least a few times a day. No one is watching and they can't really track it.

That has to be a mistake.

No, that is screwed. The outbound caller probably owned that site hetold you to go to. Therefore, that's why he said he would get a commission for that sale. Because it is his site.


This should be red-flagged and sent to Theo. Document your call to the best you can remember with correct URLS and send it on.


The operator could probably make more than his wage by doing this. It will start slow then it will get worse and worse until you get no refills.


Maybe it is time to think about turning off this feature.

Everytime I do some upgrades on my site, I think to myself "should I make the mumber for phone orders more prominent?" "NO" I tell myself"you'll only getted f**ked over when a customer calls in."
