Can someone please provide the following info for RXP:

1. Generic "order status" link for cartadmin
2. Customer service email

I looked in the backend but could not find the info. Thanks...

I only see a "order status" on each template, but I am sure if you were to use it on a different one that the order was placed you would still get the info.

Looks like the customer service email is just submited when you fill out the fields, you dont actually see what the address is.

I think this is what you are talking about, whish I could be more help..........

All I can see was this in their backend documentation:

"If for any reason you encounter problems with setting up a template for your online
pharmacy store please contact our technical support at valentin@cartadmin.com"

I have not used this email address, and do not know if it is still valid, but he may be able to help.

Cheers

Thanks for the help folks. I have created my own site, not using a template. I like just having generic order status link and a single customer service email but im having trouble finding a way to do that. Ill try contacting them, I was just hoping for a quick answer here if anyone knew.

I downloaded a template, took the pertinent stuff from the contact page, and recreated a page. It's all in language I can't follow myself, but sure can build around it! As for the email... uh.... I just have the contact us type page. You could probably do the same thing for the order status page.

Ya, that is about all I did and dont have the time to figure it out any further, since it works fine.......

Just move on... They dont pay well and they dont respond to affilaites.. Try other more reputable OPs like Kwikmed or Pharmgroup.

I'm very happy with RXP - besides it appears that Pharmgroup is not offering Tramadol and Fioricet anymore.
