Effective immediately Pharmgroup are ceasing their domestic operations.
This action is a voluntary action on behalf of Pharmgroup in response to the pending bills in front of the US congress which prohibit online prescribing without a direct "face to face" doctors consultation.

All payments will be made at the regular scheduled this week for all outstanding transactions.

If you have EU traffic we are still going to be operating in the EU and we plan to focus our energies in this area.

We thank everyone for your support and wish you all the best in your future endeavors

Well I have pulled all my US business down anyway but yeh Europe orders work well for me and have been thru these guys. Definately stand up group to work with.

What bills? Does anybody have any information on this? That would hurt if Jrb and Hsn followed.

Somewhere around here ( maybe from IMDlaw) there was a list of bills in front of congress. There were over 10 of them, but with so many different ones, who knows if any of them will pass over any of the other bills that are related.

IMO RXP base prices suck and HSN restricts their shipping too much. Who do you guys suggest for non controlled sales with SYOP?

How serious is this about these bills. How sure are we that they are going thru?

Would it not be an idea to change it to a ROP pharmacy offering premade templates for its affiliates?
