It's funny how they said,.. we been in business since 1998 and are here to stay" ok.. it sure looks that way now.

We are still operating in Europe and Canada and are about to roll out set your own pricing in these two markets. I suggest that everyone research the EU market sector as it is vast and is a great place for affiliates who want to continue is this space to refocus their attentions.
If you were to read the Stoufflet case in great detail (which appears on this board) you may want to talk with legal council about operating in the US.

I respect your point Trent about this case.

Anyway it is amazing the different interpretations of the law in the US.

While you're leaving the US operations, some other serious players (like you) are planning the future in this market.

Who knows....
