Unauthorized Google Search

I am at a loss here...
I have a health and medical website: www.medexplorer.com

It has been around for about 8 years...
All content is served internally using Cold Fusion and my own
database... I do have paid results through 7Search...

I have a user relating to me that I have unauthorized use of Google
search... And that they keep getting Unauthorized Google Search when
they use my website...

I have absolutely no idea why they are getting this, nor can I
replicate the error...

Does anyone have ideas or know of this...

Below was an explanation to me from the user - which makes no sense to
me either...

Whenever a user- at least in the UK, France (where Steve ***** is
based) or Australia (where some of our techies work out of) every
search that goes out via Medexplorer onto Google comes back with the
message "unauthorised Google search" which means that Google knows
that you are a commercial but unlicensed site and have blocked any
further searches. Simple.
