MrMullet, That's a shocker! :p It seems like those two go hand in hand.

I switched over to RxPayouts after the third time it happened and things have been going smoothly since.

What is funny, correct me if I'm wrong here, is that the last 4 or so times this has happened it has been right before tax day. What do you know June 15 is tax day. ;)

You might want to look into MPLLC too. They just started to accept mastercard again. :D

I've been using RXP and MPLLC for a while thanks. I'm not sure how it would serve them to have processing probs right before tax day every few months though.

Let's trace it back... December 2006, February 2007 and now June 2007?
Oh yeah they haven't answered emails nor phone calls this time either...

One more thing!

They will terminate your account for things you have no control over. For example, I had 21 websites pointing to JRB. One day, I got an email saying that my account was terminated due to a number of fraudulent orders. Like I have any control over what customers do once they get to their site!!!!

Instead of banning the one offending site, they terminate ALL your sites. If I were you, I would set up a different account for each website you have that is pointing to them. Or, better yet, drop them completely. They suck.

I doubt they terminated you for no reason.

On the other hand I'm also shocked no one has heard from them in a week.

Bastards seem to have gone out of business after all, previously processed orders have been cancelled today. Tried calling and emailing and these scumbags have not replied. So much for begging me to stay their affiliate after the last fiasco.

previously processed orders are canceled because they are charged when they are signed for by the customer. Since there is no way to charge the customer they have to cancel the order.

They are still processing money order orders that come in.

You can still reach JRB over the internet.

I'm not sure what any of this means.

I hope that they will soon tell us what is wrong - I don't like not knowing what is wrong. Is it only temporary or are they closing down?

Valued affiliates,

As you have undoubtedly noticed, we have once again run into merchant account problems. Our current merchant has been shut down, and once again they are not releasing funds. We are doing everything possible to secure a new merchant account, but we are doing our best to be selective in this process, as we have had too many setbacks in this area. We understand how negatively this affects your business, and we appreciate your loyalty. It seems that we have been cursed with bad luck lately, and we are hoping that things will soon change for the better. If any of you would like to discuss any of these matters, please feel free to send us an e-mail at affiliates@jrbhealth.com, and we will discuss matters in greater detail.

You know what? I'm pissed off. I'm pissed off that for the past WEEK I haven't been able to reach them either thru email or phone. I'm pissed off that NOW they decide, a week later, to send us this notice. Why did it take so long? When will processing be back up? How long til it goes offline again?

I can't comment on any of the things going wrong with JRB. Why? Because, my account was "terminated due to a number of fraudulent orders". I speculate that someone was using one of my sites to test credit card numbers and using bogus email addresses. I didn't realize that I was responsible for pre-screening the customers who end up at JRB's site. Like I have any control over what people do once they get to JRB's site! Of course I will never know for sure why my account was terminated because they never told me. I emailed them to find out but, they never responded.

What do you know?!! Another company leaving affiliates out to dry. This post has more holes in it than swiss cheese.

Lets see if I can translate it.

Valued affiliates = We know it took us a week to respond or answer emails but we are adding this to warm you up.

We have once again run into merchant account problems = We did some shady things and got caught.

Once again they are not releasing funds = No way in hell you guys are getting paid. We stress this phrase too because when we try to post a similar notice to you next time we open up shop somewhere else, our funds will still be frozen. Err... I mean in our pockets, funding our vacation.

We are doing everything possible to secure a new merchant account, but we are doing our best to be selective in this process = we are scrambling our asses off to get Joe Blow Bank or the bum off the street to process our orders but since we ran a shody operation not even our mother's will listen to us.

We understand how negatively this affects your business, and we appreciate your loyalty = here we are kissing your ass because we know we stole your commissions and one day we will show up again as a different company hoping to screw you over again. Remember! They are holding our funds!

It seems that we have been cursed with bad luck lately, and we are hoping that things will soon change for the better = We will be closing shop and opening up as a new company in a few months. Watch for us! We hope to screw you again in the future!

If any of you would like to discuss any of these matters, please feel free to send us an e-mail at affiliates@jrbhealth.com, and we will discuss matters in greater detail = Go ahead and send off an email! It won't get read or even opened for that matter! We aren't going to respond or give any updates. we plan on stringing you along until we get our new company setup. Once again, THEY AREN'T releasing our funds. Just want to instill that in so you guys don't get mad we ran away will half-millon bux total in everyone's commission. One last thing, all of our puppies and grandma's have died so don't call us because we will be attending funerals for the next 8 months.

The End.

Why do companies in every idustry treat their affiliates bad and take advantage of them?

You know they've always paid me after their problems before but you're right, this looks like the swan's last song.

ROTFLMAO! :D

That's too funny. Someone actually did that. Wasn't that Robin from Safe Secure Scripts? I can't remember now, all the bullshit is running together.

What a business this affiliate marketing is!
