Dear Affiliates,

We experienced some problems with a branch of our pharmacy fulfillment network during April - These delivery problems are the direct reason for the abnormally high Refunds and Cb's that you have all been seeing in your stats during the month of May + June.
To rectify the situation - we switched to an alternative Fulfillment pharmacy at the beginning of May, which to date is proving to be extremely reliable and stable .
We as a program have decided that you as affiliates should not suffer due to periodic instabilities on our side - and have made some extremely important changes in the program structure :
1.we have Eliminated the Refund + CB parameters in your stats pages from the period of May-21 - May-27 onwards. This means that NO refunds OR CB's will be deducted from your commission from this period onwards.
2.You will receive ALL DEDUCTED COMMISSIONS for the period of May-21 to May-27 (payout for this period was already made on June 13th) This amount will be added to your next payout on wednesday June 20th .
you shall recieve a personal email from your affiliate manager detailing the amount that will be added to next week's payout.
3. Improved stats will be up in less then 2 weeks
4. Acomplia has been added to our product selection and is producing impressive sales
The policy change regarding NON-DEDUCTIONS of refunds and CB's is final and will not be altered.
I believe this is an important and positive move on our part - and should instill further confidence in our program on your behalf , cementing our position as the premier offshore OP , offering up to 25% per sale with an unbeatable cc processing structure ensuring the highest approval rates available .
