e-Scripts sellsonly non controlled meds. Not trying to be a dickhead but look at that link I posted. All the controlled subs are listed there. Do a little research on the products you are selling. smileys/smiley1.gif

You can choose Not topromote controlled from just about any OP affiliate program that provides templates. Just take off the links to the conrolled drugs, remove them from the pricelist, upload your websiteand voila -- you're not promoting controlled.

LOL, you have to know HTML to do that. Most of these affiliates just found out what hosting was. smileys/smiley3.gif It is easier for a webmaster to be an affiliate than for an affiliate to be a webmaster. Fortunately, mine was in the right order. smileys/smiley16.gif

I wish I knew. Over the last few days I remove all USA and EVA links and today I see you can order from them easily. I'm taking all further notices from OPs with a pinch of salt and acting on my own gut feelings - then I can only be annyed with myself.

How To Make Millions, Screw Everyone, Leave It a Wreck and Make It Look Like You Care:
All of us affiliates are now climbing the walls trying to figure out what to do. Everyone is in an uproar and everyone is scared. It seams like one company after the other is dropping their controlled medications in fear of their welleing and my ability to make money is becoming a problem.
Well, here is the bottom line. The freedom given to all of us by the Internet is not a right of passage. We were all given a gift. Let's face it; there is no Internet tax, no international boundaries and few controls in cyber space. But unfortunately the actions of a few chosen PIGS who got too rich and too fat in this business have ruined it for the rest of us. Now these chosen few RICH guys have been caught breaking the rules and all this is being taken away from us slowly but surely. The way I see it, its people like Theo, Vincent Chabra and Brain Podolak who have done so much to destroy this business.
Take Brian Podolak for instance. He has been pumping out prescriptions for oxycontin and percocett for months. Does he care that he has the morals and scruples of a drug dealer? Hell no! As long as he makes his big bucks he couldn't care less. It's only a matter of time before they get him and he winds up in the newspaper. And I watch him day after day lecture to us in the affiliate forum like he knows what he's talking about. His money is in the bank and now that the crap has hit the fan we are the ones who are going to suffer. Where does any reasonable person come off selling narcotics on the Internet? If I was Brian I'd look for the deepest hole I could find and hide. It won't help him or his partners but at least it may separate him from the mainstream and when he does go down I would hope that the police understand that he does not represent the morals of the average guy like me who works in this industry.
Theo and his company are no different. They believe that they are above the rules. Now they are in trouble because Theo and Emmanuel filled controlled scripts for minors. Theo and Emmanuel may go to jail, who knows? They have DEA agents up the ying yang. No one should be asking why we have problems. It's all in the newspapers and it's all because Theo didn't follow the rules. He thought he was too high and mighty to care about rules. His bank account got to fat. Since then I have been called on the phone and asked if I want my controlled medicine refilled. Of course I never ordered it in the first place but it's another example of Theo and his business practices hurting affiliates and breaking the legal rules. I have no doubt that they will call some DEA cop and on the phone some time real soon and ask him of he wants his phentermine refilled. He'll act real surprised when he is in the paper again but I won't care because all he was doing was skimming off my refills by using the phone.
It's the same with Vincent Chabra and USA Prescriptions. About a year ago his pharmacy was raided. They found 100's of unsigned prescriptions lying around but guess what. They had all been filled. Why should Chabra wait for the doctor to actually review the physical exam form and sign the script? He figured he'd do that later. It was in the newspaper a year ago, you can probably still find the article. They are closed and we have to deal with what's left over. Chabra owns a huge house, 5 cars and a big fat bank account. He's also too high and mighty to follow the rules.
But maybe we are really the people at fault. We give these people our orders and looked the other way when they screwed up. We wonder why things are so bad right now and make like it's all a big mystery but its not. All the problems are clear as glass. As far as I am concerned we are the ones that run this business with our orders. And if we don't see to it that honest companies that follow the rules get our orders soon, this business will end for all of us. We need to police ourselves and rid ourselves of people

USAP is still open:
http://usaprescriptions.com/ (http://usaprescriptions.com/)
If you think that selling your business or assets on paper means you no longer own your business, you are still wet behind the ears. These tactical moves by EVA and USAP are merely to remove the heat and get the monkey off their backs. They are still guilty if they committed a crime, but their names are no longer in the spotlight. I would be willing to bet that principals in both businesses have not changed hands and the money is still going into the same pockets.
