A few weeks ago I asked what are the preferred payment methods.

Most of you mentioned ePassporte.
I was surprise to see that nobody seemed to care that they are a US based company.

They ask so many questions and basically have access to all the info about the company, what it’s doing, where the money comes from, where the money goes to. Uncle Sam can subpoena their records anytime...

But the most alarming thing is that they will not respect a "grey" industry.
Like most Processors did.

When the shit hits the fan, they take the $ and run...Good luck running after them.
They are doing it to the online gambling industry now and I am sure they will do it to our industry as soon as something happens, again...

That is why we never went that way...
I know it's convenient and comfortable but it seems very risky and vulnerable.

I have never liked to be paid via anything attached to the states. I don't even have an e-pass account. I don't like the states being able to have access to anything of mine. I'm not even American and they still scare me..

The safest, best way to pay us sam, is via pigeons :)

Ive said good things about epassporte in the past but they are starting to get onmy nerves.....I transfed some $ out of epassporte on Oct 22 into my US bank account and today on Nov 6th it is still not there. Try calling them, I have been on hold for up to an hour and forty five minutes for them to tell me that the transfer is in progress and it should happen any day now. Fu%# that...............

May seem fairly stupid as an idea... but... what about pre-paid cards or something? Isn't there a virtual visa you could buy and send to the affiliate as payment with X amount on it?

no ideas are stupid...

i am looking into several options.
i will notify ourt affiliates as soon as we find a reliable, secure and offshore payment solution.
Till then, we still pay by bank trasnfer (no fees) and check.

started to test this program (4rx.com) not so long ago, with the very small traffic I sent I must say that it converts very good. Only I'd be happy if I could see which countries are the orders coming from. (or may be I did not study the affiliate control panel careful enough?) This country tracking could be helpful as I am sending visitors from different countries to different sites.

Like I said, 4rx kicks a$$. I was so surprised when I started cuz I sent all my weight loss traffic to them but it actually converted... and I get 100% of my re-orders, which helps huge :)

It's good to see that you observed the conversion. This is what everyone (weather they know it or not) works for.
4RX will give you more $ for your click.
I have several affiliates that market us as well as other programs and they compare numbers. Everyone is very happy if our conversions.

About the Country track, I must admit that it's an interesting feature. Our current software doesn't support it, BUT, I will be more than glad to generate a report for you.

PM me or shoot me a quick email and I will ask my team to do just that.
I will also look into the integration of such feature from now on.

More and more affiliates go after non-US markets, which I think should have been done long ago. I guess the needs justify the means.
